NL EN FR Recepten We zijn opzoek naar een klachten-coördinator (Fulltime 37.5 uur) Als Klachtencoördinator bij Verstegen zorg jij ervoor dat klachten niet alleen goed worden afgehandeld, maar vooral leiden tot blijvende verbeteringen. Jij bewaakt het volledige proces. Van het ontvangen van een klacht tot een duidelijke terugkoppeling richting de klant en het doorvoeren van verbeteracties binnen de organisatie. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen Account Support, Productie, Quality Assurance en andere afdelingen. Je zet onderzoeken uit, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat oorzaken écht worden achterhaald. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de individuele klacht. Je analyseert trends, signaleert terugkerende problemen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven waarmee we onze processen én klanttevredenheid blijven verbeteren Over de afdeling: Je komt terecht binnen het FSQ-team (Food Safety & Quality), waar kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid centraal staan. Door de groei van de organisatie en de verdeling van werkzaamheden over meerdere specialistische teams is er behoefte ontstaan aan een collega die zich volledig richt op het coördineren van klantklachten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Productie, QA, Account Support en andere afdelingen. Hoewel je onderdeel bent van het QA-team en ook algemene QA-werkzaamheden uitvoert, ligt jouw belangrijkste focus op het begeleiden van het complete klachtenproces en het voorkomen dat dezelfde klachten zich opnieuw voordoen. Wat ga je doen? Als Klachtencoördinator zorg jij ervoor dat iedere klacht zorgvuldig, objectief en binnen de afgesproken termijn wordt afgehandeld. Je bent niet degene die alle onderzoeken zelf uitvoert, maar je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen betrokken worden, bewaakt de voortgang en toetst of de uitkomsten volledig en bruikbaar zijn.
