Quasir ondersteunt cliënten, hun naasten en zorgaanbieders bij de behandeling van klachten en begeleidt het proces zorgvuldig van begin tot eind. Quasir draagt actief bij aan leren en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen zorgorganisaties. Onafhankelijkheid is onze kernwaarde: wij luisteren, verhelderen en begeleiden het proces op een objectieve en zorgvuldige manier. Je kent de kracht van luisteren, doorvragen en het creëren van ruimte voor herstel. Je hebt ervaring als Klachtenfunctionaris of als onderdeel van je werkzaamheden met klachtenafhandeling te maken. Je weet daarbij als geen ander hoe belangrijk onafhankelijkheid, laagdrempeligheid en cliëntgericht werken zijn.
