- 24/7 glasservice - Direct online schade melden - Glasschade herstel voor iedereen - Verduurzamen Klantadviseur - Vacature - Breda - MBO 4+/HBO - 24 tot 40 uur Een glasschade komt nooit gelegen. Daarom willen we het voor de klant zo makkelijk mogelijk maken. Van de eerste melding tot het moment waarop de nieuwe ruit erin zit: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Als Klantadviseur bij Clarixy ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen met glasschade. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen, regelt wat nodig is en houdt ondertussen het overzicht. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt jouw werk zo leuk. Wat ga je doen? Je bent er voor de klant op het moment dat die jou nodig heeft. Via telefoon, e-mail of onze meldtool komen de schademeldingen bij jou binnen. Je: - neemt schademeldingen aan en zorgt dat alle informatie goed wordt vastgelegd; - beoordeelt wat er nodig is om de schade snel en goed op te lossen; - zet de herstelopdracht uit bij de juiste glashersteller; - houdt contact met klanten, glasherstellers en de partijen waarvoor we het glasherstel coördineren; - houdt de voortgang in de gaten en grijpt in als dat nodig is; - denkt mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening iedere dag een beetje beter kunnen maken. Dit is waar jij goed in bent Jij krijgt energie van contact met mensen. Je kunt goed luisteren, blijft rustig als iemand met een probleem belt en weet tegelijkertijd van aanpakken. Je bent iemand die: - makkelijk contact maakt en helder communiceert; - graag dingen regelt en niet afwacht tot iemand anders het oppakt; - snel kan schakelen tussen verschillende vragen en situaties; - nauwkeurig werkt, zonder alles onnodig ingewikkeld te maken; - het leuk vindt om mee te denken en met oplossingen te komen. Ervaring in een klantgerichte functie is fijn. Ervaring in de wereld van glas of schade is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Wij leren je de rest. Verder heb je minimaal MBO 4+ werk- en denkniveau en beheers je de Neder...
