Klantadviseur Emmeloord / Meppel / Steenwijk Voor onze winkel in Emmeloord, Meppel en Steenwijk zijn we opzoek naar een klantadviseur voor 3 tot 4 dagen per week. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten ontvangen - Agendabeheer voor de audicien - Administratieve handelingen, o.a. rondom vergoedingen - Telefoon beantwoorden, je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen onze winkel - Klanten in de winkel informeren en adviseren over onze producten en diensten - Het CRM systeem onderhouden - Gehoorbescherming aanmeten en daarbij passend advies geven - Bijstellen van de hoor producten en gehoortesten afnemen Samen met je collega's en collega-audicien run jij de winkel en ben je het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze klanten. Onze winkels zijn niet alleen een plek om naartoe te gaan voor informatie, onderzoek, aanschaf en onderhoud. Klanten kunnen altijd bij ons terecht om meer vragen te stellen, de instelling te laten aanpassen, hun ervaring te delen of voor onderhoud en service aan het hoortoestel. Als Klantadviseur vertolk je dus ook een maatschappelijke rol: je stelt klanten op hun gemak, zorgt ervoor dat zij zich snel thuis voelen bij Audika en makkelijk aankloppen voor hulp of advies. Wat vragen wij? - MBO werk- en denkniveau - Bij voorkeur enige verkoopervaring en/of ervaring in de zorg - Kennis van MS Office en je kunt jezelf een nieuw CRM systeem snel eigen maken - Je begeleid de klant gedurende het hele proces van ontmoeting tot aankoop en ook gedurende de serviceperiode - Je weet vertrouwen te creëren, je bent een teamplayer, je denkt in oplossingen en hebt een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit - Een commerciële maar mensgerichte drive - Representatief en enthousiast Je staat er voor open om zo nu en dan op andere locaties te werken, dicht bij jouw woonplaats.
