Binnen de organisatie is veel aandacht voor samenwerking, ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Dankzij de centrale ligging is de locatie goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, onder andere vanuit Assen, Hoogezand, Veendam en Haren. Je OV-reiskosten worden volledig vergoed. Goed om te weten: bij de locatie is geen parkeergelegenheid. Functieomschrijving Als klantadviseur bij het UWV in Groningen help je burgers met uiteenlopende vragen over uitkeringen. Je luistert goed, denkt mee en geeft duidelijke informatie die past bij hun situatie. Zo kun je iedere dag echt iets voor een ander betekenen. Je begint met een opleiding van zes weken, waarin je alles leert over wet- en regelgeving, gesprekstechnieken en de systemen van het UWV. Ook oefen je met weerstand en uitdagende situaties. - Training op maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag; - Werken tussen 08.00 en 17.00 uur; - Keuze uit 24-28, 28-32 of 32-36 uur per week; - Starten binnen de WW, Ziektewet of WIA; - Mogelijkheden om je later verder te specialiseren. Functie-eisen - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je werkt gemakkelijk met verschillende computersystemen en schakelt hier snel tussen; - Je luistert goed, vraagt door en kunt informatie duidelijk uitleggen; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met klantcontact, bijvoorbeeld binnen de klantenservice, receptie, administratie of verkoop; - Je bent voor langere tijd beschikbaar.
