In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inwoners, bedrijven en andere betrokkenen. Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen, meldingen en verzoeken op een vriendelijke, zorgvuldige en efficiënte manier worden afgehandeld. Wat ga je doen? Als Klantadviseur ben jij het visitekaartje van de organisatie. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten via verschillende communicatiekanalen en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel de juiste informatie ontvangen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Afhandelen van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail, website, post en persoonlijk contact - Registreren en verwerken van klantcontacten in de daarvoor bestemde systemen - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van klantvragen en meldingen - Doorzetten van complexe vragen naar de juiste interne afdelingen - Monitoren van de opvolging en terugkoppeling richting de klant - Verstrekken van informatie over producten, diensten en procedures - Signaleren van veelvoorkomende vragen en verbeterpunten binnen de dienstverlening - Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen - Bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en professionele dienstverlening Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een publieke organisatie die zich dagelijks inzet voor schoon water, veilige dijken en een klimaatbestendige leefomgeving.
