Jouw werkzaamheden Als Commercieel Adviseur combineer je klantcontact met inhoudelijk advies. Je helpt klanten via diverse digitale kanalen, maar ontvangt hen ook persoonlijk in de showroom. Daarbij verdiep je je in het assortiment, zodat je klanten gericht kunt adviseren over producten die aansluiten bij hun wensen. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en krijgt volop mogelijkheden om je productkennis verder te ontwikkelen via trainingen en workshops. Je werkt samen met collega's van onder andere e-commerce, inkoop en logistiek en draagt samen bij aan een optimale klantbeleving. Daarnaast ben je flexibel inzetbaar en werk je ook op zaterdagen.
