Binnen het team Incasso van Nationale Nederlanden krijg je de mogelijkheid om praktijkervaring op te doen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw werkzaamheden Je hebt veel contact met klanten en leert hoe je op een duidelijke, betrokken en professionele manier met verschillende situaties omgaat. Goed luisteren, de juiste vragen stellen en samen met de klant naar een passende oplossing zoeken staan hierbij centraal. Je werkt met Team Incasso en draait mee met het dagelijkse werk. Je krijgt vooral de kans om veel ervaring op te doen met telefonisch klantcontact. De werkomgeving Je gaat aan de slag binnen de afdeling In- & Excasso in Rotterdam. Deze afdeling bestaat uit drie onderdelen: Particulier, Zakelijk en Change & Risk. Binnen Particulier werken de teams Incasso Leven en Excasso, bestaande uit ongeveer 30 collega's. Je werkt voornamelijk samen met de 10 collega's van team Incasso. We werken bij NN hybride: deels vanuit huis en deels op kantoor in Rotterdam. Ontwikkeling Binnen deze functie krijg je volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je kunt gebruikmaken van trainingen en opleidingsmogelijkheden via het Learning & Development Centre, een groot netwerk van collega's en de vrijheid om samen met je begeleider te kijken naar jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en leerdoelen.
