Vanuit de shop‑in‑shop ga je met klanten in gesprek, geef je advies over slimme en duurzame energieoplossingen en help je hen bewust te worden van hoe zij kunnen besparen op hun energiekosten. Met jouw energie en overtuigende manier van adviseren zorg je voor een prettige winkelervaring en laat je Essent sterk en positief naar voren komen op de winkelvloer. Een afwisselende en dynamische rol waarin je elke dag impact maakt.

Wat ga je doen? Als klantadviseur:

Stap je actief op klanten af en geef je persoonlijk advies over energiecontracten en energiebesparingen; Leg je duurzame oplossingen uit zoals zonnepanelen en laadoplossingen; Zorg je dat klanten met een goed gevoel en passende oplossing de winkel verlaten; Bouw je sterke klantrelaties op en werk je nauw samen met het MediaMarkt‑team; Geef je regelmatig korte presentaties of kick-offs om collega’s te inspireren over onze duurzame missie.Wat bieden wij? Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in de Essent shop‑in‑shop in MediaMarkt Zoeterwoude. Je hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid in jouw eigen werkgebied, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor: je hebt contact met Essent‑collega’s in de regio én werkt dagelijks samen met het winkelteam. Dankzij de training en begeleiding start je met alle kennis en vertrouwen die je nodig hebt.
