Dan is de rol van Klantadviseur Essent jou op het lijf geschreven. In je eigen shop‑in‑shop adviseer je bezoekers over manieren om te besparen op hun energiekosten en informeer je hen over duurzame energieoplossingen. Je werkt in een dynamische, drukbezochte winkel waar geen dag hetzelfde is en krijgt volop ruimte om jouw commerciële talent en klantgerichtheid te laten zien. Een energieke functie met veel afwisseling en impact.

Wat ga je doen? Als klantadviseur:

- Stap je proactief op klanten af en geef je persoonlijk advies over energiecontracten en energiebesparing; - Leg je duurzame oplossingen uit zoals zonnepanelen, isolatiemogelijkheden en laadpalen; - Zorg je ervoor dat klanten met een goed gevoel én heldere informatie de winkel verlaten; - Werk je nauw samen met het team van MediaMarkt; - Geef je regelmatig korte presentaties of kick-offs om collega’s te enthousiasmeren over duurzaamheid en energiebewustzijn.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto-uurloon vanaf €17,38 (inclusief eindejaarsuitkering); - Toeslagen voor werken in het weekend; - Reiskostenvergoeding (OV of kilometervergoeding); - Betaalde training van drie dagen op het hoofdkantoor in Den Bosch én goede begeleiding in de winkel; - Veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien; - Een gezellige en professionele werksfeer waarin jouw inzet telt.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt zelfstandig in de Essent shop‑in‑shop in MediaMarkt Tilburg. Hoewel je je eigen winkelgebied beheert, sta je er nooit alleen voor: je hebt contact met Essent‑collega’s in de regio en werkt nauw samen met medewerkers van MediaMarkt. Door de uitgebreide trainingen en begeleiding start je volledig voorbereid.
