Als Klantadviseur van Essent in MediaMarkt Bergen op Zoom help je klanten besparen op hun energierekening en adviseer je over duurzame energieoplossingen. Je krijgt een betaalde training, goede begeleiding en alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Ervaring in sales is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw enthousiasme en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn het belangrijkst.

Wat ga je doen? Als klantadviseur op de winkelvloer van MediaMarkt:

- Spreek je klanten actief aan en help je hen met slimme energiekeuzes; - Adviseer je over energiecontracten, tarieven en besparingsmogelijkheden; - Informeer je klanten over duurzame oplossingen zoals zonnepanelen en laadpalen; - Zorg je voor een positieve klantbeleving van eerste gesprek tot advies; - Werk je nauw samen met collega's van Essent en MediaMarkt; - Draag je bij aan commerciële resultaten en klanttevredenheid.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto uurloon vanaf €17,38 (inclusief eindejaarsuitkering); - Toeslagen voor werken in het weekend; - Reiskostenvergoeding (OV of kilometervergoeding); - Betaalde driedaagse training op het hoofdkantoor van Essent in Den Bosch; - Persoonlijke coaching en begeleiding; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Essent; - Een informele werksfeer waarin prestaties worden gewaardeerd.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag in de Essent shop-in-shop binnen MediaMarkt Bergen op Zoom. Hier ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die meer willen weten over energiebesparing en verduurzaming. Je staat zelfstandig op de winkelvloer, maar kunt altijd rekenen op ondersteuning van collega's uit de regio.

Wat vragen wij? - Je bent sociaal en maakt makkelijk contact; - Je bent klantgericht en enthousiast; - Je hebt een commerciële instelling; - Ervaring in sales, retail of horeca is een plus; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, inclusief weekenden; - Je neemt initiatief en ziet kansen.
