In deze rol help je klanten met persoonlijk advies over slimme en duurzame energieoplossingen. Je combineert klantcontact met verkoop: een ideale functie voor iemand die graag in gesprek gaat, resultaten wil behalen en wil bijdragen aan een duurzamere toekomst.

Wat ga je doen? Als Klantadviseur:

- Spreek je klanten proactief aan en ga je het gesprek aan met een open en enthousiaste houding; - Adviseer je klanten persoonlijk over energiecontracten en maak je duidelijke tariefvergelijkingen; - Leg je duurzame oplossingen uit zoals zonnepanelen, isolatie en laadpalen op een begrijpelijke manier; - Zorg je voor een prettige en duidelijke klantbeleving vanaf het eerste contact tot vertrek; - Werk je nauw samen met je Essent collega's en het team van MediaMarkt; - Herken en benut je commerciële kansen op de winkelvloer.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto uurloon tussen €17,38 en €18,24; - Toeslagen voor avond en weekenddiensten; - Reiskostenvergoeding voor zowel openbaar vervoer als kilometervergoeding; - Betaalde training en coaching vanaf dag één; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Essent; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag; - Een energieke winkelomgeving in MediaMarkt Nijmegen.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in de Essent shop‑in‑shop, midden in de MediaMarkt Nijmegen.

Elke dag komen er klanten langs met vragen over besparen en verduurzamen. Jij staat klaar met helder, persoonlijk advies en helpt hen direct op weg naar slimme én duurzame oplossingen.

Wat vragen wij? - Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en maakt gemakkelijk contact; - Je hebt een commerciële mindset en ziet kansen; - Je bent 16 tot 40 uur uur per week beschikbaar; - Je werkt proactief, zelfstandig en denkt actief mee in oplossingen;
