Wat ga je precies doen Als klantadviseur pensioenen draag je bij aan het informeren en ondersteunen van werkgevers en werknemers bij hun pensioenkeuzes. Je functie omvat het helder en overtuigend overbrengen van complexe pensioeninformatie, waarbij je een persoonlijke en empathische benadering hanteert. Flexibiliteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel, omdat je schakelt tussen verschillende gesprekspartners en werktijden die passen bij jouw situatie. Wat je gaat doen: - informeren: werkgevers adviseren over bedrijfspensioenen en hen begeleiden bij het maken van keuzes - ondersteunen: werknemers helpen bij hun pensioenkeuzes en de aankoop van pensioenuitkeringen - communiceren: complexe pensioeninformatie duidelijk en overtuigend overbrengen - empathie tonen: een persoonlijke en duidelijke benadering hanteren in gesprekken - flexibel werken: werktijden inplannen die goed te combineren zijn met studie of andere verplichtingen

Functie-eisen We zoeken een klantgerichte professional met affiniteit voor pensioenen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - In bezit van Wft Basis of bereid dit te behalen. - Minimaal 16 uur per week flexibel inzetbaar. - Ervaring in een commerciële rol. - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
