Jij gaat het gesprek aan, ontdekt wat er speelt en kijkt samen naar de mogelijkheden. Met jouw communicatieve skills en inlevingsvermogen zorg je ervoor dat de klant goed geholpen wordt. Dit ga je doen: - Klanten helpen: je beantwoordt vragen over abonnementen, opzeggingen en wijzigingen. - Meedenken in oplossingen: je kijkt wat het beste past bij de situatie van de klant. - Klanten behouden: je onderzoekt of er een passende oplossing is waardoor de klant toch wil blijven. - ⚝ Administratie bijhouden: je verwerkt afspraken en klantgegevens in het systeem. - Samenwerken: je spart met collega's, deelt ervaringen en leert van elkaar. - Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen. Met coaching en trainingen krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen!
