Als klantadviseur technische projecten in Almere bouw je aan langdurige klantrelaties, krijg je veel vrijheid en werk je samen met een vast team. Als klantadviseur technische projecten ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, projectmanagers en monteurs. Dankzij jouw overzicht, advies en opvolging weten klanten waar ze aan toe zijn en verlopen onderhouds- en moderniseringsprojecten volgens planning. Je bouwt aan langdurige relaties, signaleert kansen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een organisatie die afspraken nakomt. Verder in jouw rol als klantadviseur technische projecten: - Adviseer je klanten over onderhoudscontracten en moderniseringsprojecten. - Stel je offertes en contracten op en bewaak je de opvolging hiervan. - Plan je keuringen en werkzaamheden in en stem je deze af met klanten en collega's. - Begeleid je klantaanvragen samen met projectmanagers, van aanvraag tot uitvoering. - Onderhoud je bestaande klantrelaties en bouw je verder aan samenwerkingen, zonder focus op koude acquisitie. Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00-17:00 uur. Binnen deze tijden is er flexibiliteit. Zolang je je contracturen (8 uur per dag) maakt, kun je in overleg eerder of later beginnen. Dit biedt ruimte voor bijvoorbeeld het wegbrengen of ophalen van kinderen. Functie-eisen - Ervaring in een commerciële of technisch-commerciële functie, zoals accountmanager, commercieel medewerker binnendienst, sales engineer, technisch adviseur of commercieel adviseur. - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in een technische of commerciële richting. - Affiniteit met een technische service- of onderhoudsomgeving. - Kennis van offertes, contracten en klantcontact. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zo...
