Als Klantadviseur van Essent in MediaMarkt Tilburg help je klanten besparen op hun energiekosten en adviseer je over slimme energieoplossingen. Je krijgt een betaalde training, goede begeleiding en werkt voor een van de bekendste energiemerken van Nederland. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Met enthousiasme en een klantgerichte instelling kom je al een heel eind.

Wat ga je doen? Als klantadviseur:

- Spreek je klanten actief aan op de winkelvloer; - Adviseer je over energiecontracten en energiebesparing; - Leg je duurzame oplossingen uit zoals zonnepanelen, isolatie en laadpalen; - Help je klanten bij het maken van de juiste keuze; - Zorg je voor een positieve klantbeleving; - Werk je nauw samen met collega's van Essent en MediaMarkt.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto uurloon tussen €17,38 en €18,25 inclusief eindejaarsuitkering; - Toeslagen voor werken in het weekend; - Reiskostenvergoeding (OV of kilometervergoeding); - Betaalde training van drie dagen in Den Bosch; - Persoonlijke coaching en begeleiding; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Essent; - Een gezellige en professionele werksfeer.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt vanuit de Essent shop-in-shop in MediaMarkt Tilburg. Je helpt klanten die op zoek zijn naar manieren om te besparen op hun energierekening of interesse hebben in duurzame oplossingen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid binnen jouw rol en kunt altijd terugvallen op collega's uit de regio.

Wat vragen wij? - Je bent sociaal en maakt makkelijk contact; - Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk; - Je hebt een commerciële instelling; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in weekenden; - Je neemt initiatief; - Ervaring in sales, retail of horeca is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
