Voor een modern kantoor in Brugge zoeken we een ervaren Senior Accountmanager KMO & Ondernemingen.

Als Senior Accountmanager ben jij het strategische én operationele aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers, KMO’s en vrije beroepen. Met jouw vakkennis bouwt en verdiep je langetermijnrelaties.

  • Portefeuillebeheer en advies: Je beheert proactief een portefeuille van zakelijke klanten en biedt maatwerkoplossingen voor complexe risk management-vraagstukken.
  • Commerciële dynamiek: Je signaleert kansen voor cross- en upselling, detecteert risico’s bij bestaande klanten en bouwt via netwerking je netwerk in de regio uit.
  • Schadebegeleiding en expertises: Bij complexe schadedossiers sta je schouder aan schouder met het schadeteam en woon je expertises bij om de belangen van jouw klant te verdedigen.
  • Proces en kwaliteit: Je denkt mee over procesverbetering, bewaakt servicelevels en draagt direct bij aan de kwalitatieve en rendabele groei van de onderneming.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minstens 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Accountmanager of Productiebeheerder KMO bij een verzekeringsmakelaar.
  • Grondige technische kennis van zakelijke waarborgen (materiaalschade, aansprakelijkheid, opstal, vloot, e.a.).
  • Een pragmatische, gestructureerde werkwijze met een hoog energieniveau en een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Kennis van BRIO is een absolute troef.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma (financieel/economisch/juridisch) of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
