Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen tijdig worden beantwoord en communiceert hierbij zowel schriftelijk als mondeling op een vriendelijke en constructieve manier. Jouw taken Je hebt regelmatig afstemming met je collega's binnen je team relatiebeheer over de verdeling en prioritering van de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast zorg je voor een actuele en juiste administratie van de door de klant gekozen verzekeringen en preventieve oplossingen. Je signaleert kansen en bedreigingen met impact op het risico voor de klant en informeert gevraagd en ongevraagd de accountmanager over dit risico. Je blijft scherp op mogelijkheden om onze klanten beter te ontzorgen, maakt je ideeën hierover bespreekbaar en ondersteunt wanneer gewenst bij de realisatie van de gekozen verbetering. Organisatie Je komt te werken bij dé onafhankelijke specialist in risicobeheer en verzekeringen voor de metaal- en technieksector. Als de vaste partner van de grootste brancheorganisatie in deze sector, bieden ze advies dat verder gaat dan alleen een polis; ze begrijpen de taal en de uitdagingen van technische ondernemers door en door. Werktijden Kantoortijden tussen 08:00/18:00.
