Vinacles is opgericht in oktober 2022 en bestaat uit een vijftal gerenommeerde organisaties. Op dit moment hebben wij een team van 60 medewerkers. Vinacles is ontstaan vanuit de gedachte om de krachten te bundelen van de verschillende organisaties. Dit met als doel een compleet platform aan te bieden binnen de branche. Achter Vinacles staat een gedreven team van specialisten. Van techniek en support tot sales en marketing, samen zorgen zij ervoor dat hun klanten elke dag vooruit kunnen. Werken bij Vinacles is uitgedaagd worden, je blijven ontwikkelen, samenwerken, meebouwen aan gave producten en diensten, maar ook plezier hebben in je werk! Initiatieven worden aangemoedigd en gewaardeerd maar ook welzijn en tevredenheid zijn belangrijke aandachts- en actiepunten. Functieomschrijving Je komt te werken binnen het Service & Delivery team, dit team bestaat uit de manager, coördinator, drie consultants, vier sales supportmedewerkers en twee klantcontact medewerkers. Samen met jouw directe collega word jij het eerste en belangrijke aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, dit zijn autobedrijven door heel Nederland. Je bent een bron van informatie voor onze klanten als het gaat om de producten van Vinacles. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de klant professioneel en met aandacht wordt geholpen, zodat de klant snel weer door kan met de dagelijkse business.
