Als klantcontact medewerker in Arnhem ga je aan de slag binnen de klantenservice Leven van het bedrijfsonderdeel Nationale-Nederlanden L&P Services. Jouw werk als klantcontactmedewerker Je krijgt ongeveer 80 nieuwe collega's in een dynamische werkomgeving. Als allround Customer Service Medewerker Leven ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseurs. Je handelt klantvragen van eenvoudig tot complex over de producten van Nationale-Nederlanden zelfstandig telefonisch of via de chat af. Hierbij maak je gebruik van de kennisbank BroN en je eigen oordeel, en verwerk je het klantcontact nauwkeurig in Salesforce. Je signaleert onvolkomenheden, knelpunten en commerciële signalen, en komt met verbeterideeën voor het klantbedieningsproces. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 3.111,34 tot € 3.370,49 bruto per maand; - Bruto-uurloon van € 17,95 per uur; - Een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 8,08 per gewerkte week; - Reizen met het ov? Dan krijg je een NS-business card welke je ook privé mag gebruiken. Als je met de auto komt ontvang je € 0,23 tot € 0,30 per km (afhankelijk van de type vervoer); - Geldig Wft Basis certificaat of bereid dit te behalen; - Duur van minimaal 1 jaar, daarna kans op verlenging; - Training van 4 tot 6 weken; - NN investeert in een inclusieve, inspirerende werkomgeving en in vaardigheden en competenties voor de toekomst. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal een diploma mbo niveau 4; - Tenminste 1,5 jaar werkervaring in klantenservice; - Sterke communicatieve gespreksvaardigheden en schriftelijke vaardigheden; - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Voor alle kandidaten is een assessment (Assesiobloom) verplicht.
