Kun jij goed luisteren, snel schakelen en weet je ook bij lastige gesprekken rustig en professioneel te blijven? Dan hebben wij een mooie interim-opdracht voor jou. Als interim Klantcontact Medewerker ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders. Via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen help je hen met uiteenlopende vragen en verzoeken. Je luistert, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat de huurder snel weet waar hij of zij aan toe is. Jouw rol Als Klantcontact Medewerker ben je de verbindende schakel tussen huurders en de woningcorporatie. Geen gesprek is hetzelfde. De ene huurder belt met een eenvoudige vraag over de huur of een reparatieverzoek, terwijl de ander hulp nodig heeft bij een complexere situatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere huurder op een professionele en klantgerichte manier wordt geholpen. Je probeert vragen zoveel mogelijk zelf af te handelen en weet wanneer het nodig is om een collega of andere afdeling in te schakelen. Je bent daarmee niet alleen een vraagbaak, maar ook een belangrijke informatiebron voor de organisatie. Signalen uit gesprekken met huurders weet je op de juiste manier terug te brengen naar je collega's. Wat ga je doen? In deze interimfunctie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het telefonisch en digitaal beantwoorden van vragen van huurders. - Het registreren en verwerken van klantcontacten in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. - Het aannemen en beoordelen van reparatieverzoeken en andere meldingen. - Het geven van informatie over bijvoorbeeld huur, betalingen, onderhoud, verhuur en dienstverlening. - Het zelfstandig oplos...
