Wat ga je doen? Als klantcontact medewerker bij Nationale-Nederlanden in Den Haag ondersteun je mensen die na het overlijden van een naaste met allerlei praktische zaken te maken krijgen. Je combineert persoonlijk contact met administratieve werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen en dossiers zorgvuldig worden afgehandeld. Je werkt binnen de Nabestaandendesk, een gespecialiseerd onderdeel van Nationale-Nederlanden. Hier komen meldingen en vragen binnen die betrekking hebben op het overlijden van een klant. Voor nabestaanden is dit vaak een emotionele en onoverzichtelijke periode. Door goed te luisteren en helder uit te leggen wat er moet gebeuren, help jij hen verder. Je werkzaamheden Geen gesprek of dossier is precies hetzelfde. Je werkzaamheden wisselen tussen telefonisch klantcontact, administratie en contact met andere betrokken partijen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Telefonisch aannemen en verwerken van meldingen over een overlijden; - Nabestaanden uitleg geven over de vervolgstappen en benodigde informatie; - Vragen behandelen over verzekeringen, documenten en de verdere afwikkeling; - Gegevens controleren en verwerken in de daarvoor bestemde systemen; - Dossiers compleet maken en informatie op de juiste plek vastleggen; - E-mails lezen, beantwoorden en opvolgen; - Schakelen met bijvoorbeeld tussenpersonen en uitvaartorganisaties; - Gegevens of vragen doorzetten naar de juiste afdeling binnen NN; - Overleggen met collega's wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt. Voor je dagelijkse werkzaamheden gebruik je verschillende systemen, waaronder SAP en Salesforce .
