Zoek jij een toffe, uitdagende klantcontact functie waarbij jij ook aan jouw eigen ontwikkeling? Ga aan de slag als klantadviseur bij Nationale-Nederlanden en behaal op kosten van Adecco jouw Wft-certificaat. Jij kan parttime en fulltime aan de slag in hartje Amsterdam.

Wat ga je doen?

Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen over diverse soorten verzekeringen, zoals woon-, auto- en reisverzekeringen. Geen gesprek is hetzelfde, waardoor jouw werk erg afwisselend is!

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere uit het aanspreken van klanten die een verzekering willen afsluiten, wijzigingen willen doorgeven of vragen hebben. Daarnaast informeer je klanten over de verschillende producten en dekkingen en neem je tijdens elk gesprek de verzekeringen door. Zo kun je bespreken of de verzekeringen nog nodig zijn of dat er wellicht behoefte is aan een ander product. Tenslotte is het belangrijk om alle klantcontacten nauwkeurig vast te leggen in de systemen.

Na een inwerkperiode is er een mogelijkheid om te starten met mail en chat. Bovendien kun je na 6 maanden beginnen met je Wft Basis, waardoor er voldoende mogelijkheden zijn om je verder te ontwikkelen in deze uitdagende functie!

Waar ga je werken?

Je kan aan de slag bij verschillende afdelingen in Arnhem. Jij gaat aan de slag in een hecht team met een betrokken teamleider. Nationale-Nederlanden steekt veelt tijd en aandacht in de opleiding, begeleiding en ontwikkeling van al haar medewerkers. Werkplezier staat bij Nationale-Nederlanden voorop. Er worden regelmatig gezellige activiteiten georganiseerd zoals een BBQ, concert of quiz. Ook kun je tijdens pauzes pingpong of biljart spelen met collega's.

Er zijn door het jaar heen verschillende startmomenten. Wanneer je start begin je met een fulltime opleiding van 3 weken. De werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 8:30 - 19:00 uur en zaterdag tussen 10:00 - 16:00 uur. Minimaal 1 avond tot 19:00 uur en 1x p
