Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom en gehoord voelt - ook tijdens uitdagende gesprekken. Samen met je team streef je ernaar om 75% van alle klantvragen direct op te lossen. Dankzij jouw professionele en empathische communicatie weten klanten precies waar ze aan toe zijn. Je geeft duidelijk aan wat wel en niet mogelijk is en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Ook bij complexe vragen blijf je rustig, klantgericht en vriendelijk. Om klanten snel en goed te kunnen helpen, onderhoud je actief contact met collega's en andere afdelingen. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van actuele ontwikkelingen en vergroot je continu je kennis. Daarnaast volg je regelmatig trainingen om steeds meer klantvragen zelfstandig af te handelen. Multitasken gaat jou moeiteloos af. Tijdens gesprekken zoek je direct de juiste informatie op, zodat je klanten efficiënt en doelgericht kunt helpen. Zo rond jij ieder contactmoment positief af.
