Functieomschrijving Als Klantcontactmedewerker vervul je een cruciale rol als verbindende schakel tussen onze sales/marketing- en klantenservice. Je hoofdverantwoordelijkheid ligt in het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan ons sales en marketingteam. Daarnaast onderhoud je dagelijks contact met onze investeerders, geldnemers en andere doelgroepen van onze organisatie. Jouw takenpakket (24-32 uur) omvat onder andere: - Actief outbound bellen naar investeerders, intermediairs en geldnemers. - Het verwerken van offertes en contracten in ons systeem. - Het bijhouden van klantgegevens en het beheren van klantdossiers. - Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van presentaties en bijeenkomsten. - Beantwoorden van vragen, zowel per mail als telefonisch. - Een bijdrage leveren aan de voortdurende verbetering van de klantenserviceprocessen. Met jouw inzet en vaardigheden draag je bij aan het verbeteren van de interactie met onze klanten en het versterken van onze relaties binnen en buiten de organisatie. Wij zoeken iemand die - Beschikt over een afgeronde MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of administratieve richting. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden bezit, zowel in woord als geschrift. - Ervaring is een pré maar niet noodzakelijk. Een gezonde dosis drive en inzet wel! - Bekend is met CRM-software en andere relevante systemen. - Proactief is en in staat is om zelfstandig te werken. - Affiniteit heeft met de producten/diensten die wij aanbie...
