Wat ga je precies doen Je komt terecht in een betrokken team dat zich bezighoudt met glasvezelprojecten door heel Nederland. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw inzet weten bewoners precies waar ze aan toe zijn en kunnen monteurs hun werk goed uitvoeren. Met vaste werktijden, een salaris tot €3.250 per maand en uitzicht op een vast contract biedt deze functie volop zekerheid én ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

Als klantcontactmedewerker ben je dagelijks in contact met bewoners die een glasvezelaansluiting krijgen. Je beantwoordt vragen, plant afspraken in en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct wordt verwerkt. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Telefonisch contact met bewoners over glasvezelaansluitingen. - Inplannen van schouwen en installatieafspraken. - Beantwoorden van vragen over de voortgang van projecten. - Verwerken en controleren van gegevens in het systeem. - Oplossen van knelpunten en het vinden van passende oplossingen. - Afstemmen met collega's, planners en uitvoerende teams. - Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een bewoner met een vraag over een afspraak, de andere keer zorg je ervoor dat een planning weer op schema loopt.
