Sta jij dagelijks klanten te helpen in een supermarkt, drogisterij, bouwmarkt of andere winkel? Dan weet je als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om goed te luisteren, vragen te beantwoorden en mensen verder te helpen. En misschien ben je toe aan een volgende stap. Meer zekerheid. Een goed salaris. En werk waarin je nog steeds iets betekent voor anderen.

Bij de Belastingdienst in Groningen als klantenservicemedewerker help je burgers met vragen over toeslagen, zoals zorgtoeslag, huurtoeslag en het kindgebonden budget. Geen verkoopdoelen, geen kassa draaien en geen weekenden. Wel afwisselende gesprekken, fijne collega's en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Jouw taken:

• Je luistert aandachtig naar burgers en achterhaalt de vraag achter de vraag. • Je geeft duidelijke uitleg over toeslagen en regelingen. • Je gebruikt verschillende systemen om informatie op te zoeken en vragen te beantwoorden. • Je ontwikkelt jezelf continu en bouwt aan jouw kennis en vaardigheden.

Om jou goed voor te bereiden start je met een betaalde opleiding van 13 weken. Tijdens deze opleiding leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om burgers goed te kunnen helpen.

• De opleiding is maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag van 09:00 tot 16:30 uur. Na de opleiding werk je je gewenste uren. • De woensdag ben je vrij tijdens de opleidingsperiode. • Wel vragen we je om de eerste woensdag van de opleiding beschikbaar te zijn. Afhankelijk van hoe de eerste twee dagen verlopen, werk je op deze dag. Het is belangrijk dat jij de volledige trainingsperiode beschikbaar bent.

Ook na de opleidingsperiode ben je doorlopend bezig met je eigen ontwikkeling, je houdt een portfolio bij.

Functie-eisen: Misschien werk je nu als verkoopmedewerker, kassamedewerker, assistent-filiaalmanager of in een andere klantgerichte functie. Dan heb je waarschijnlijk al veel ervaring met klantcontact. Die ervaring komt in deze functie goed van pas. Je weet hoe je goed luistert, de juiste vragen stelt en klanten
