Klantenverantwoordelijke

Clova is een industriële wasserij die dagelijks instaat voor de dienstverlening aan ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra in Vlaanderen. Om onze klanten professioneel en proactief te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Klantenverantwoordelijke.

Jouw functie

Als Klantenverantwoordelijke ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal van onze klanten. Je bouwt een sterke klantenrelatie uit en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken correct worden opgevolgd, zowel bij de klant als binnen onze organisatie.

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij onze klanten en vormt de schakel tussen de klant en onze interne afdelingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je onderhoudt actief contact met jouw klanten en bezoekt hen regelmatig.
  • Je volgt vragen, afspraken, meldingen en klachten van begin tot einde op.
  • Je analyseert problemen en zoekt samen met onze interne teams naar structurele oplossingen.
  • Je organiseert en bereidt klantenoverleg voor en volgt gemaakte afspraken verder op.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek, supply chain en administratie.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen bij onze klanten en binnen Clova.
  • Je volgt klantgegevens en rapporteringen op en gebruikt deze om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en sterk is in communicatie en organisatie. Je wacht niet af tot problemen groter worden, maar neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd.

Je bent klantgericht, maar durft ook duidelijke grenzen en afspraken te bewaken. Je kan zelfstandig werken, behoudt overzicht en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar verschillende zaken tegelijk bewegen.

Ervaring in klantendienst, accountmanagement of een operationele omgeving is een pluspunt. Belangrijker zijn voor ons je verantwoordelijkheidszin, communicatieve vaardigheden, probleemoplossend vermogen en de wil om onze dienstverlening iedere dag beter te maken.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in klantendienst, accountmanagement of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je regelmatig naar klanten te verplaatsen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • Ervaring met ERP-, CRM- of ticketingsystemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent tegelijk sterk in samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en onverwachte situaties.
  • Je gaat discreet en professioneel om met klant- en bedrijfsinformatie.
