Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag mensen verderhelpt, goed kan luisteren en energie krijgt van telefonisch contact? Dan hebben we misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging gevonden.

Voor Belfius zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste klantenadviseurs die klanten telefonisch verderhelpen wanneer ze contact opnemen met een Belfius-kantoor. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel bij de juiste oplossing terechtkomen.

Geen zorgen als je nog geen bancaire ervaring hebt: je krijgt een intensieve opleiding van 6 dagen en wordt daarna verder begeleid door een vaste coach en een ervaren team.

Wat houdt de job in?

Kantoren krijgen dagelijks heel wat telefoontjes binnen. Dankzij jouw hulp krijgen de medewerkers in de kantoren meer ruimte om zich te focussen op hun commerciële activiteiten.

Jij luistert naar de klant, vraagt goed door en bepaalt wat de beste volgende stap is. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld zijn:

  • Een klant zelf digitaal verderhelpen bij een eenvoudige vraag over zijn rekening of kaart.
  • Doorverwijzen naar een Belfius-infopunt voor laagdrempelige informatie, bijvoorbeeld over rentevoeten.
  • Een afspraak bij een kantoor inplannen.
  • Een callback aanvragen zodat een medewerker van het kantoor de klant later terugbelt.

Het doel? De klant hoeft niet per se bij zijn lokale kantoor terecht te kunnen. Jij zoekt mee naar de oplossing die het best past bij zijn vraag.

Een job met tempo

  • Je behandelt gemiddeld 75 à 85 korte telefoongesprekken per dag. Je schakelt dus snel tussen verschillende klanten en vragen, maar de gesprekken zijn over het algemeen kort en duidelijk.
  • Daarbij zijn een goede luisterhouding, gericht doorvragen en nauwkeurig werken belangrijker dan een uitgebreide bancaire voorkennis.
  • Je staat er bovendien niet alleen voor. Na je opleiding kan je rekenen op je collega's én een vaste coach die je ondersteunt wanneer je vragen hebt.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die sterk is in communicatie en graag klanten helpt.

  • Je beschikt over minimaal een ASO- of TSO-diploma.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon.
  • Je luistert actief en weet de juiste vragen te stellen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en professioneel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt vlot met digitale systemen overweg.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met een hoog werktempo.
  • Je bent discreet en betrouwbaar wanneer je met klantgegevens werkt.
  • Ervaring binnen klantenservice of een callcenter is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Een bancaire achtergrond is niet nodig: jouw leergierigheid en communicatieve skills zijn belangrijker.
