Heb jij technische feeling, commerciële flair én interesse in bouwbeslag en houttoepassingen? Voor een gespecialiseerde speler binnen bouwbeslag zoeken we een klantenadviseur die klanten professioneel begeleidt en mee het verschil maakt op de werkvloer.

In deze functie combineer je technisch advies, klantencontact en een actieve rol in het magazijn en de winkelomgeving. Geen dag is dezelfde en je bent voortdurend in beweging.

Jouw functie

  • Als klantenadviseur ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten (B2B). Dankzij jouw technische kennis en commerciële ingesteldheid help je klanten efficiënt verder en denk je oplossingsgericht mee.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Professioneel adviseren van klanten over bouwbeslag en technische toepassingen
  • Meedenken met klanten uit de hout- en bouwsector
  • Opvolgen en correct verwerken van bestellingen
  • Mee zorgen voor een ordelijke, goed aangevulde werk- en winkelomgeving
  • Herbevoorraden van producten en verwerken van leveringen
  • Actief samenwerken binnen een hecht team van collega’s
  • Deze functie is fysiek niet te onderschatten: je bent veel in beweging, legt heel wat stappen af en helpt mee met herbevoorrading en het verplaatsen van zwaardere dozen.
  • Je hebt kennis van bouwbeslag, technische affiniteit of ervaring binnen de houtwereld (must-have)
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit klantencontact
  • Je werkt graag in een B2B-omgeving
  • Je bent hands-on en schrikt niet terug van een fysiek actieve job
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent een teamspeler die goed functioneert in een klein team
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw technische kennis, motivatie en klantgerichte aanpak zijn doorslaggevend.
