Als klantenadviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klanten. Je bent een commerciële allrounder met basiskennis van alle bancaire domeinen. Door jouw klantvriendelijkheid streef je ernaar om via een pro- en een reactieve aanpak opportuniteiten te detecteren, het dagelijkse bankieren verder uit te bouwen en door te verwijzen naar de collega's-experten.

Daarnaast sta je ook in voor het onthaal en help je de klanten met de digitale ondersteuning.

  • Je hebt een grote interesse in financiële producten;
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Ervaring in de sector of afgestuurd in een economische richting;
  • De ideale kandidaat toont aan onder druk te kunnen presteren;
  • Je bent vlot met digitale toepassingen;
  • Vlot in omgang met de collega's maar toch net dat tikkeltje zelfstandigheid om jouw eigen dossiers onder handen te nemen;
