Jouw nieuwe werkgever Als klantenadviseur kom je terecht bij een gekend en innovatief ziekenfonds met kantoren doorheen het land. Je werkt in een inhoudelijk sterke adviesfunctie waarin je klanten correct begeleidt bij vragen over hun ziekenfondsdossier, rechten, administratie en dienstverlening.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch, per e-mail en face-to-face met zowel praktische als complexere vragen over onder meer hospitalisatie, arbeidsongeschiktheid en administratieve dossiers
  • Je analyseert de situatie van de klant, legt helder uit welke stappen nodig zijn en verwijst door wanneer bijkomende expertise nodig is
  • Je kent de dienstverlening van het ziekenfonds grondig en zorgt ervoor dat klanten correct geïnformeerd zijn over de beschikbare services
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief, volgt acties proactief op en belt gerichte bellijsten af
  • Je combineert klantgericht advies met een commerciële reflex: je detecteert behoeften, stelt passende oplossingen voor en kan potentiële klanten overtuigen om zich aan te sluiten
  • Je ontvangt ook klanten die zonder afspraak het kantoor binnenwandelen. Daarnaast werk je op bepaalde momenten achter gesloten deuren om dossiers en opvolging te verwerken

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over bachelor-denkniveau en kan complexe, sociaal-wettelijke informatie snel verwerken en correct toepassen
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een inhoudelijke adviesfunctie, bijvoorbeeld binnen een ziekenfonds, sociale dienstverlening, verzekeringen, bankwezen of een andere sterk gereglementeerde omgeving
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands. Je hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel, communicatief, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je toont maturiteit, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt proactief
  • Je kan je sporadisch verplaatsen naar de andere kantoren binnen de Antwerpse cluster
