Voor een gevestigde concessie actief binnen de automobielsector zijn wij op zoek naar een klantgerichte en administratief sterke Klantenadviseur Naverkoop. Je komt terecht in een familiale en dynamische werkomgeving waar service, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan.

Binnen deze functie vorm je de brug tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Je zorgt voor een professionele ontvangst, volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en begeleidt klanten tijdens het volledige serviceproces van hun voertuig. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een vlotte en positieve ervaring.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten professioneel ontvangen en begeleiden
  • Luisteren naar vragen en behoeften van klanten en gepaste oplossingen aanbieden
  • Informeren over onderhouds- en herstellingswerken
  • Afspraken inplannen en opvolgen
  • Telefonisch en via e-mail klanten verder helpen
  • Administratieve verwerking van klantgegevens en werkorders
  • Opmaak en opvolging van facturen en dossiers
  • Nauw samenwerken met techniekers en andere interne afdelingen
  • Technische informatie vertalen naar duidelijke en begrijpbare communicatie voor de klant
  • Mee instaan voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening

  • Je bent oplossingsgericht ingesteld en denkt praktisch mee met de klant en het team
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je comfortabel in een administratieve omgeving
  • Je kan vlot werken met digitale systemen en computersoftware
  • Je behoudt overzicht en rust, ook wanneer verschillende taken samenkomen
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en kan gemakkelijk schakelen tussen administratie, planning en klantencontact
  • Interesse in de automotive sector of autotechniek is een pluspunt
