Voor een organisatie actief binnen de gezondheidssector zijn we op zoek naar een klantgerichte en commercieel ingestelde Klantenadviseur voor de regio Wezembeek-Oppem.

In deze functie combineer je persoonlijk klantencontact met advies en commerciële dienstverlening. Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten, zoekt samen met hen naar passende oplossingen en weet tegelijkertijd opportuniteiten te herkennen om de dienstverlening verder uit te breiden.

Wij vragen

  • Een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs is vereist, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een bachelor. Zonder bachelor is ongeveer 5 jaar relevante werkervaring gewenst.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans; een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Een klantgerichte, empathische en oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Een commerciële ingesteldheid en de nodige overtuigingskracht om klanten en prospecten actief te adviseren.
  • Zin voor initiatief en oog voor commerciële opportuniteiten en de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille.
  • Een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding, gecombineerd met de nodige flexibiliteit.
  • Bereidheid om, indien nodig, in verschillende kantoren binnen regio Brussel te werken.
  • Bereidheid om na de opleiding het Febelfin-examen af te leggen.

De dienstverlening gebeurt via verschillende kanalen, maar in deze functie ligt de nadruk vooral op persoonlijk contact met klanten. Je maakt deel uit van een klein team en krijgt bij de start een uitgebreide opleiding en individuele begeleiding.
