Over de organisatie Onze klant is een dynamisch familiaal kantoor in de regio Gullegem dat al meer dan 35 jaar actief is als bankagent en onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar. Het kantoor bestaat uit een hecht team van jonge en ervaren medewerkers die samen streven naar een persoonlijke aanpak en kwalitatieve service. De bedrijfscultuur is informeel, klantgericht en gericht op duurzame relaties. Ter uitbreiding van het team is Hays Bank & Verzekeringen voor hen op zoek naar een bijkomende Klantenadviseur Bank.

Jouw nieuwe functie In de rol van Klantenadviseur verwelkom je de klanten op een warme en professionele manier (op kantoor en telefonisch) en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich meteen geholpen voelen. Je ondersteunt klanten bij hun vragen rond dagelijks bankieren en helpt hen wegwijs te worden in de verschillende digitale toepassingen. Daarnaast plan je afspraken in voor je collega's en zorg je voor een vlotte doorstroming binnen het kantoor. Je bent alert voor signalen en behoeften van klanten en weet deze correct door te geven aan de juiste collega's. Dankzij jouw commerciële feeling herken je opportuniteiten en belangrijke sleutelmomenten in het leven van klanten. Waar mogelijk bied je zelf passende oplossingen aan voor vragen over hun dagelijkse bankzaken, indien nodig verwijs je door naar een specialist. Naast de klantencontacten neem je ook administratieve taken op, ondersteun je je collega's in hun dagelijkse werking en sta je mee in voor praktische zaken zoals kantoorbestellingen.

Heb je ambitie om verder door te groeien? Dan krijg je op termijn de mogelijkheid om meer commerciële verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen en zelf adviesgesprekken met klanten te voeren.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijk door ervaring
  • Ervaring in onthaalfunctie of rol met intensief klantencontact; ervaring in banksector is een pluspunt
  • Starters met Bachelordiploma Financie- en verzekeringen komen eveneens in aanmerking
  • In het bezit van de nodige bankattesten of bereid deze te behalen
  • Communicatief sterk, klantvriendelijk, vlot in relaties met klanten, enthousiast, proactief, klantgericht
  • Oog voor commerciële opportuniteiten, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk
