Vanuit de rol als klantenadviseur draag je bij aan de ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor. Je adviseert klanten over de organisatie van hun dagelijks bankieren, maar krijgt ook de kans om expertise op te bouwen omtrent fiscale beleggingen, consumentenkredieten en verzekeringen. Op termijn kan je de opgebouwde expertise omzetten in een verdere specialisatie.

Je komt terecht in een warm, hecht team dat goed op elkaar is ingespeeld; in combinatie met een zeer sterk opleidingstraject krijg je de kans om je expertise uit te breiden in een goed uitgewerkt ondersteunend kader.

Voor deze rol kan je rekenen op een gezonde afwisseling, met voldoende ruimte voor opleiding en een duidelijk traject richting expertise.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement (idealiter afstudeerrichting Financiën en Verzekeringen), of vergelijkbare economische richting;
  • Enige ervaring in een bancaire (of verzekerings-) rol is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je bent communicatief;
  • Je hebt een goed oog voor detail;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en proactief ingesteld;
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde interesse in de financiële wereld.
