Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de financiële dienstverlening zoeken we een enthousiaste medewerker die klanten professioneel begeleidt bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken. Je krijgt een uitgebreid opleidingstraject, een vast contract vanaf dag één én de mogelijkheid tot een bedrijfswagen of mobiliteitsbudget na zes maanden.

Jouw job als Klantenadviseur

Als klantenadviseur ben jij de stem die klanten als eerste horen wanneer ze contact opnemen met hun lokaal bankkantoor. Je analyseert hun vraag, biedt een correcte oplossing of brengt hen in contact met de juiste specialist.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Professioneel beantwoorden van inkomende klantengesprekken
  • In kaart brengen van de behoeften van klanten door actief te luisteren
  • Verstrekken van informatie over bankproducten en financiële dienstverlening
  • Ondersteunen bij vragen over rekeningen, betaalkaarten en dagelijkse verrichtingen
  • Inplannen van afspraken met adviseurs of doorverbinden naar de juiste dienst
  • Correct registreren van klantgegevens in diverse systemen
  • Administratief opvolgen van gesprekken en klantendossiers
  • Bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantbeleving bij elk contactmoment

Voor deze vacature zoeken we iemand die energie haalt uit klantencontact en graag oplossingsgericht werkt.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Vlot Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Basiskennis Frans voor eenvoudige klantengesprekken
  • Klantvriendelijke en empathische ingesteldheid
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in multitasking
  • Nauwkeurig in administratie en gegevensverwerking
  • Digitaal vaardig en snel wegwijs in nieuwe systemen
  • Ervaring binnen klantenservice, customer care of een contactcenter is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must

Een achtergrond in de bancaire sector is niet vereist. Je krijgt namelijk een uitgebreide opleiding zodat je met vertrouwen aan de slag kan.
