Wil je graag je carrière uitbouwen binnen de banksector en zoek je een functie waarin je echt kan groeien?

Voor een sterk zelfstandig bankkantoor in regio Schilde zoeken we een klantenadviseur. Een mooie kans voor iemand die commercieel is ingesteld, graag met klanten werkt en bewust voor een carrière binnen de banksector kiest.

Je mag junior zijn. Belangrijker is dat je duidelijk kan vertellen waarom je net in de banksector aan de slag wil en dat je zin hebt om hierin bij te leren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt stap voor stap opgeleid binnen de vier grote pijlers van het kantoor:

  • dagelijks bankieren
  • beleggingen
  • verzekeringen
  • kredieten

Daardoor krijg je een brede bancaire basis en leer je snel verschillende klantvragen en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen.

Je helpt klanten verder, plant afspraken in, neemt zelf contact op met klanten en denkt commercieel mee. Je hoeft dus niet bang te zijn om de telefoon vast te pakken of een opportuniteit bespreekbaar te maken.

Tegelijk hoef je nog niet alles te kunnen. Je krijgt de tijd en begeleiding om in de functie te groeien.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je komt terecht in een kantoor dat sterk inzet op opleiding en ontwikkeling.

Je krijgt:

  • goede begeleiding vanuit het kantoor
  • opleidingen op het hoofdkantoor van de bank
  • de kans om je Febelfin-attesten te behalen
  • een brede opleiding over verschillende bankdomeinen
  • veel klantencontact en commerciële ervaring

Het gaat bovendien om een sterke werkgever binnen de banksector, met veel mogelijkheden om je carrière verder uit te bouwen.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • fulltime wil werken
  • bij voorkeur een bacheloropleiding heeft
  • enthousiast en leergierig is
  • bewust voor een carrière binnen de banksector kiest
  • graag commercieel werkt
  • niet bang is om klanten actief te benaderen
  • initiatief neemt
  • interesse heeft in financiële producten
  • graag samenwerkt met collega’s
  • openstaat voor feedback en opleiding

Bankervaring is zeker een plus, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Voor een junior kandidaat kijken we vooral naar motivatie, commerciële ingesteldheid en de overtuiging dat de banksector écht de richting is waarin je wil doorgroeien.
