In het kantoor en via afstandskanalen (telefoon, chat, social media, mail,…) sta je in voor het eerste onthaal van de klanten.

Je biedt klanten producten en diensten aan die nauw aansluiten bij hun behoeftes. Je stimuleert klanten om de digitale Belfius-kanalen (internetbankieren, mobile app) te gebruiken en ondersteunt hen daarbij. Je detecteert beleggingsmogelijkheden en op belangrijke momenten in het leven van de klanten, begeleid je hen om hun projecten te verwezenlijken.

Binnen het kantoor vervul jij een cruciale rol: wanneer jij belangrijke signalen detecteert, verwijs jij klanten immers door naar je collega’s voor gespecialiseerd advies.

Een typische werkdag is dus heel gevarieerd. Met één constante: je draagt bij tot de commerciële resultaten van Belfius en een grotere klanttevredenheid.

Je krijgt de kans om de bank grondig te leren kennen, een op maat aangepaste opleiding te volgen en zo een basis te leggen om je verdere loopbaan in de bank uit te bouwen.

We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

  • minstens een bachelordiploma
  • een commerciële drive
  • een flinke dosis empathie en durf om diensten en producten aan te bieden op maat van de klant
  • flexibiliteit en veerkracht
