Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar je dagelijks schakelt tussen klanten, planning en administratie? Dan is deze functie als Klantenadviseur Bestellingen & Leveringen jou op het lijf geschreven.

Als spilfiguur tussen klant en dispatch zorg jij ervoor dat elke mazoutlevering vlot verloopt. Je verwerkt bestellingen, volgt leveringen nauwgezet op en houdt klanten proactief geïnformeerd. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en klantgerichte aanpak bezorg je elke klant een professionele en zorgeloze ervaring.

Jouw takenpakket Als Klantenadviseur Bestellingen & Leveringen ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Telefonisch en per mail adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten

Verwerken en registreren van mazoutbestellingen in het systeem

Afstemmen van leveringen met de dispatch- en planningsafdeling

Informeren van klanten over leveringsdata en eventuele wijzigingen

Opvolgen van dringende aanvragen en last-minute aanpassingen

Correct beheren van klantgegevens en administratieve dossiers

Oplossen van vragen en meedenken over een optimale dienstverlening

Nauw samenwerken met collega's van planning, dispatch en administratie Voor deze vacature zoeken we een administratief sterke en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid die energie haalt uit klantencontact.

Jouw profiel Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Relevante ervaring binnen customer service, klantendienst, administratie of planning

Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans

Vlot overweg met MS Office en digitale systemen

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

Klantvriendelijk, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht

Nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk

Teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen
