Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt, biedt oplossingen op maat en zorgt voor een positieve klantervaring. Een veelzijdige functie waarin klantgerichtheid, advies en commercieel inzicht samenkomen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

  • Je beantwoordt vragen via afspraken, telefoon, mail en digitale kanalen.
  • Je adviseert en begeleidt klanten op een professionele manier.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of relevante ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
