  • In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten in de winkel. Je verwelkomt hen met een glimlach en staat paraat om al hun vragen en zorgen aan te horen. Jouw missie? De klant een vlekkeloze service-ervaring bieden en ervoor zorgen dat zij met een passende oplossing voor hun vraag of probleem vertrekken.
  • Niet alleen ben je een servicekampioen, maar je hebt ook een scherp oog voor kansen. Met een commerciële flair speel je in op de behoeften van de klant, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Het draait niet om harde verkoop, maar om het vinden van de perfecte match voor elke klant – dat is waar de focus ligt.
  • Samen met het team ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de klantcontacten, maar ook voor de algehele winkelorganisatie. Dit omvat diverse taken, zoals dossieropvolging, voorraadbeheer, inventarisaties, prijswijzigingen en meer.
  • En hier stopt het niet. Naarmate je groeit in de rol, brengen ze variatie in je werk met 'geïntegreerde taken'. Denk hierbij aan de mogelijkheid om één à twee dagen per week vanuit huis te werken, deel te nemen aan sociale media-initiatieven en ondersteuning te bieden aan de customer service afdeling van het hoofdkantoor.
  • Service staat voorop en jij bent de spil die dit alles in beweging brengt!

Bij onze klant draait alles om jouw attitude, motivatie en interesse. Als Klantenadviseur ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf en sta je dagelijks in contact met hun gewaardeerde klanten. Je communicatieve skills zijn dan ook je grootste troef. We verwelkomen vlotte praters die assertief zijn en zich niet laten afschrikken door uitdagingen, zelfs niet als het om klachten of veeleisende klanten gaat. Een "geboren helper" – dat is waar we naar zoeken!
