Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om ons team in Poppel en Turnhout te versterken.

Fintro Poppel heeft een samenwerkingsverband met Fintro Turnhout en Beerse.

- Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verstrekken van advies en ondersteuning aan onze klanten op het gebied van onze bankproducten en -diensten.

- Je verwelkomt nieuwe klanten en start met hen een klantenrelatie op.

- Je beheert klantenportefeuilles en gaat proactief te werk om deze uit te bouwen en te onderhouden.

- Je bouwt een langetermijnrelatie uit met je klanten en neemt regelmatig proactief contact met hen op.

- Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte algemene werking van het kantoor en zet mee commerciële advies op.

- De administratieve opvolging van klanten verwerk je met plezier.

- In een (klein) team voel jij je als een vis in het water. Samenwerken geeft je energie.

- Je staat klanten graag te woord via verscheidene kanalen (op kantoor, via telefoon, online, …)

- Heb je al ervaring in een gelijkaardige job? Dat is een pré en mooi meegenomen.
