Als Klantenadviseur digitaal bankieren bij Belfius Connect ben jij het digitale uithangbord van onze bank. Je helpt klanten niet alleen met hun dagelijkse bankvragen via telefoon, chat en mail, maar je hebt ook een scherpe neus voor commerciële opportuniteiten.

Jobomschrijving

Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak herken je de behoeften van de klant nog vóór ze die zelf uitspreken. Je adviseert hen over onze innovatieve producten en diensten en tilt de customer experience én onze commerciële impact naar een hoger niveau.

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen vlot en professioneel via telefoon, chat en e-mail.
  • Je luistert tussen de regels door, analyseert de situatie van de klant en speelt hier slim op in door passende Belfius-producten of -diensten voor te stellen.
  • Je helpt klanten wegwijs te worden in onze bekroonde Belfius-app en website en stimuleert het gebruik van onze digitale tools.
  • Je streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid én behaalt samen met je team de vooropgestelde commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je registreert elk klantcontact nauwkeurig in onze systemen zodat de opvolging vlekkeloos verloopt.
  • Opleidingsniveau: Een bachelor of master is een pluspunt maar het is vooral jouw enthousiasme en motivatie dat het verschil maakt!
  • Commerciële flair: Je bent resultaatgericht, houdt van een gezonde commerciële uitdaging en krijgt energie van overtuigen en adviseren.
  • Communicatietalent: Je bent verbaal sterk, schrijft foutloos en past je communicatiestijl moeiteloos aan per kanaal (telefoon vs. korte chats).
  • Flexibiliteit: Shiften tussen 08:00 en 22:00 uur schrikken jou niet af. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het prima om één zaterdag per maand te werken (je uurrooster is altijd ruim op voorhand bekend).
