De Wolf Opticiens zoekt een klantenadviseur voor onze winkel in Leuven (voltijds/deeltijds)

Geen diploma nodig. Wel de juiste ingesteldheid.

Je hoeft geen opticien te zijn om hier het verschil te maken. Alles over brillen en glazen, dat leer je bij ons. Wij investeren in je zodat je alles in huis hebt om onze klanten het allerbeste zicht te geven. Daar staan we voor.

Waar je terechtkomt

Bij De Wolf Opticiens werken we voor klanten die het perfecte zicht ambiëren. Dat vraagt structuur, de beste glazen, leveranciers, meetapparatuur en een team dat geen genoegen neemt met halve maatregelen. Tijdens de uren gaan we voor 200% voor het allerbeste zicht. Buiten de uren is vrije tijd écht vrije tijd.

We houden van het werken op afspraak. Geen last-minute klanten om 18u, geen chaos. Elke klant krijgt jouw exclusieve aandacht en tijd. Alles vooraf geregeld voor jou én voor de klant.

Hoe een dag eruitziet

's Ochtends een klant die al jaren rondloopt met een bril die eigenlijk helemaal niet goed zit. Jij luistert, vraagt door en begrijpt wat hij of zij écht nodig heeft. Je werkt samen met de opticien om de juiste oplossing op tafel te leggen want de bril én de glazen dragen allebei bij tot het allerbeste zicht. Na de middag een klant die zijn nieuwe bril komt ophalen. Jij zorgt dat dat moment klopt. Tussendoor help je een collega met een vraag. Je leest je in het opmeten van montuurparameters om het allerbeste zicht, in elke sterkte, op elk moment van de dag, voor elke activiteit te kunnen garanderen.

Wie je bent

Iemand die mensen graag ziet en daar energie van krijgt. Die luistert voor ze praat. Die een klant niet afwimpelt met "dat is goed genoeg", maar doorvraagt tot ze de allerbeste zichtoplossing heeft. Iemand die snapt dat zorg voor de klant begint bij zorg voor het vak. Die graag bijleert, niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het hem of haar beter maakt.
