Wij zijn op zoek naar een klantenadviseur mutualiteit voor de regio Wilrijk/Antwerpen.

Als klantenadviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten in de regio Antwerpen. Je geeft helder en begrijpelijk advies over het ziekenfonds via verschillende kanalen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers. Je herkent commerciële kansen en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de klantenportefeuille.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit:

- Beantwoorden van vragen over het ziekenfonds; - Advies op maat geven; - Luisteren naar de situatie van de klant en samen zoeken naar een passende oplossing; - Zorgvuldig opvolgen van klantendossiers en aanvullen van ontbrekende informatie; - Schakelen met backoffice of collega’s bij vragen die extra expertise vereisen; - Adviseren van bestaande klanten en prospecten over de dienstverlening en voordelen van onze klant; - Signaleren en omzetten van commerciële kansen in concrete contacten; - Op klantgerichte wijze overtuigen van potentiële klanten om voor onze klant te kiezen; - Samenwerken met collega’s aan de groei van de klantenportefeuille en het lokale netwerk;

- Attesten: Na de opleiding moet je slagen voor het vereiste Febelfin-examen.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Geen specifiek diploma vereist

- Vakkennis: Ervaring met klantencontact en commerciële dienstverlening.

- Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
