Voor een familiaal autobedrijf in de regio Brecht zijn we op zoek naar een klantgerichte Klantenadviseur Naverkoop. Je wordt het gezicht van de naverkoopafdeling en vormt de cruciale schakel tussen klanten en de werkplaats.

In deze rol verwelkom je klanten met de glimlach, beantwoord je hun vragen en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze service van A tot Z. Dankzij jouw administratieve skills, technische interesse en commerciële feeling garandeer je een positieve klantbeleving én een goed georganiseerde werkdag.

?? Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten ontvangen aan de balie en telefonisch verder helpen ?
  • Vragen of klachten analyseren en meedenken over oplossingen
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen inplannen en opvolgen
  • Duidelijke communicatie voeren tussen klant, werkplaats en andere afdelingen ??
  • Werkorders opstellen, klantgegevens verwerken en facturen opmaken
  • E-mails en telefoons behandelen (in- en uitgaand) ??
  • Technische info vertalen naar heldere, klantgerichte uitleg
  • Dossiers administratief correct opvolgen en up-to-date houden

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je bezit een bachelor diploma autotechnologie of bedrijfsmanagement ??
  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en oplossingsgericht ??
  • Je houdt van administratief werk en bent vlot met computersystemen ??
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B ??
  • Je kan kalm en gestructureerd blijven bij drukte
  • Je hebt affiniteit met autotechniek (geen monteur, maar interesse is een must)
  • Je woont in de regio en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands ??
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en communiceert helder ??
