Voor onze vestiging in Ekeren zijn we op zoek naar een KLANTENADVISEUR NAVERKOOP.

Als KLANTENADVISEUR NAVERKOOP in de Automotive speel je een cruciale rol in het creëren van een positieve eerste indruk bij onze klanten. Je bent het gezicht van ons bedrijf en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich direct welkom voelen. Je taken omvatten het begroeten van klanten, het beantwoorden van hun vragen en het efficiënt doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdelingen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurige administratieve taken en het bijhouden van klantgegevens.

  • Je bent het gezicht en de stem van ons bedrijf en vervult de receptierol.
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt in de aftersales-service adviseer en begeleid je klanten.
  • Je luistert naar hun vragen of situaties, identificeert de benodigde acties en stelt werkorders op.
  • Je bepaalt welke collega of afdeling onze klanten verder kan helpen en maakt afspraken hiervoor.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan verschillende afdelingen.
  • Telefonisch beantwoord je alle oproepen met een glimlach en sluit je ze professioneel af

Persoonlijke kwaliteiten:

  • Klantgericht en resultaatgericht.
  • Communicatief
  • Accuraat en goed in plannen.
  • Interesse in autotechniek en mobiliteit.
  • Minstens twee jaar aantoonbare ervaring

Vereiste studies:

  • Prof. bach. Bedrijfsmanagement: Marketing
  • Prof. bach. Autotechnologie: Personenwagens

Werkgerelateerde vaardigheden:

  • klanten ontvangen en hun behoeften identificeren.
  • Inkomende telefoongesprekken beantwoorden.
  • Gesprekken doorverbinden naar de juiste gesprekspartner.
  • administratief sterk.
  • Mensen informeren en begeleiden naar de juiste persoon, afdeling of locatie.
  • Klachten en opmerkingen van klanten verzamelen en doorsturen naar de relevante afdelingen zoals productie, marketing, onderzoek en ontwikkeling.
  • Oplossingen voorstellen als reactie op klachten van klanten of de dossiers doorsturen naar de logistieke afdeling etc.
  • Klanten: zowel zakelijke klanten als particuliere klanten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van klantdossiers, inclusief het controleren van betalingen en leveringen, behoort ook tot de taken.
