Als klantenadviseur sta je in direct contact met onze klanten in de regio. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het leveren van uitstekende dienstverlening die aansluit bij de behoeften van onze klanten. Dit doe je door proactief klantendossiers op te volgen, klanten te benaderen en hen te voorzien van deskundig advies en begeleiding. Met een glimlach help je hen bij het vinden van efficiënte en kwalitatieve oplossingen voor hun vragen en behoeften.

Daarnaast werk je samen met je collega's aan de verdere groei van ons klantenbestand en de commerciële uitbouw van onze kantoren. Door nauw samen te werken en kennis te delen, streven we naar een consistente en hoogwaardige service voor al onze klanten.

Als Klantenadviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van informatie over onze verzekeringsproducten, het beantwoorden van vragen, het oplossen van problemen en het bieden van de best mogelijke klantenservice. Je zult ook helpen bij de verkoop van onze verzekeringsproducten en het bevorderen van ons lidmaatschap.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Adviseren van klanten via video bellen, telefonisch, op afspraak in een kantoor of via e-mail
  • Het versterken van je klantenrelaties door hen te contacteren op belangrijke momenten
  • Bijdragen aan de groei van ons ziekenfonds door het aansluiten van nieuwe klanten en te informeren over de verschillende mogelijke verzekeringsproducten
  • Bijwerken van klantgegevens en zorgen voor nauwkeurige administratie
  • Organisatie van je kantoren

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent commercieel ingesteld
  • Je hebt het vermogen om complexe informatie eenvoudig uit te leggen.
  • Ervaring in klantenservice in dienstensector is een voordeel.
  • Je bent flexibel en het verplaatsen naar verschillende kantoren schrikt je niet af
  • JE woont bij voorkeur op de as Brugge-Roeselare
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je hebt noties van Frans en Engels
