Start een nieuw avontuur bij onze klant, een organisatie die constant in beweging is en met een hart voor de maatschappij. Je komt terecht in een shop van één van de grootste telecomoperatoren van het land. Ze zetten in op een 'first time right' mentaliteit en de zeer moderne werkomgeving zorgt voor een gezellige en open werksfeer.

Ze geloven sterk in resultaten en ownership: ze geven vertrouwen, maar verwachten ook engagement en impact. Wat jij realiseert, telt echt. Je komt in een topteam terecht met gemotiveerde collega’s die weten wat er leeft en die altijd klaarstaan om te helpen. Je start met een interimcontract en gaat na 6 maanden, mits positieve evaluatie, over naar een vast contract van bepaalde duur

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij de geboren planner, commercieel talent én het digitale aanspreekpunt voor de klanten? Als adviseur zorg jij voor een lach op het gezicht van elke klant. Of het nu face-to-face in de shopt is, via chat of telefoon: jij zorgt voor de 'first time right' oplossing! Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn:

  • Proactief vragen beantwoorden van klanten en hun advies op maar bieden via verschillende kanalen.
  • Actief meedenken met de klant en knopen doorhakken in klantendossiers.
  • Verlenen van een uitstekende service na verkoop en het oplossen van eventuele problemen.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten aan de shopmanager en de producten en diensten vertegenwoordigen.
  • Flexibel inspringen in shops in de buurt wanneer nodig.

Jij bent een enthousiast, stressbestendige digitale krak die op zoek is naar impact en ownership. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en empathische instelling weer je elke dat klanten te overtuigen en gerust te stellen. Verder breng je mee:

  • Grondige kennis van smartphones, telefonie, sociale media en informatica.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk en modeling.
  • Hoge mate van stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit. (bereidheid op op zaterdag te werken).
  • Commerciële drive en resultaatgerichtheid: een eerste commerciële ervaring is een grote plus.
